Disclosure Statement
• The Texas Progressive Policy Institute for African American Engagement is a for-profit Limited Liability Company, not a nonprofit organization. TPPI operates as an independent civic education and engagement communications consultancy. Our LLC status allows us to speak openly about civic issues, provide partisan or advocacy-aligned guidance when appropriate, and protect the organization from politically motivated scrutiny that has increasingly targeted progressive nonprofits in Texas. All services, programs, and materials are offered in accordance with the rules governing LLCs and are not intended to function as charitable solicitations.
